"Heartstopper" is a television series based on the popular comic book series of the same name created by Alice Oseman. The series is produced by Netflix and tells the love story between two teenagers, Charlie and Nick.
The plot takes place in a secondary school in England and deals with themes such as friendship, identity, sexuality and acceptance. Charlie is an openly gay boy dealing with bullying and social pressure, while Nick is a popular rugby player who is beginning to question his own sexuality.
